Speaking Portuguese Is a Great Conversation Starter
I don't think anyone should ever be ashamed of their accent or feel embarrassed or think that they have to get rid of it. Your accent is part of your identity right it's just like a fingerprint right and so you shouldn't feel ashamed for being who you are Right? It tells your story it tells people where you're from and it's a great conversation starter especially here in the U.S. when people hear that you sound different so be proud of it.
