The Importance of Taxes in a Muslim Land

All of earth will be a muslim land because it's ruled by a muslim ruler. You have to pay something called jizya or the taxes of being non-muslim that's all and they will live there peacefully. Some might say well wait a second you're saying that they will pay taxes for protection, but then you're also saying that this will be the time of peace so why would they need protection? There are three possibilities or three opinions if you want to call it  the strongest one which has the most grounded proof from the Quran and Asuna is that that peace those blessings will come.
