Chatbots - It's a Tool.
Back when Dogpile was the hottest thing going around. This is another interesting one. I asked it to describe a help desk process in the form of a recipe and I put that into the company's ops manual. Yeah, we kind of get caught up in these kind of moral panic stories about the chat,. But then it's interesting to hear this kind of stuff that this stuff is helping people in their day to day. That's super fascinating. And I think it's something that we should- It's just like a tool. It's a tool.
