I've Got One Kid, It's Hard Not to Make That Kid Your Personal Project

I never intentionally shamed my children for their interests. But you know, when my kid took a liking to say minecroft it was like, oh, gush. Like you really should be like memorizing shakespeare. I'm failing here. Why don't you know more latin? It was, it was all about me. And just as the heavenly father, or the second person was etriniting, condescends into our world and into our interests.
