Transit Oriented Zoning Reform
The battle is a multi fronted battle. You got to address state and local governments as well. Let's move on to another area of reform you've writen about, and that's transit orientated zoning reform. Ten years or so ago, when i first started getting interested in housing policy, there was a big focus on planning for transit or ante development. And to day, the focus is much more on that light touch density approach which is good and bad.
