The Resilience of Campylabacter in the Food Chain

Campylabacter is effectively embarrassed the whole supply chain, including scientists. You only have to eat a small number in order to get infected with campylabacter. We've had to use basically DNA sequencing typing, rather than a relatively cheap simple method which we'd be able to use for generations. I think it's an essential component, unless we understand the biology of the bug, it's natural history and work out what its weak points are. It might help us to work out whether vaccines are worth going down.
