I would need to see greater justification than just the shape of the wounds is consistent with this flashlight. That could just be a coincidental thing that was found out there. I don't think they found it or if it were there, it wouldn't have been something that in 1955 could have been detected because it's not mentioned in any of his notes. They use this report that seems fairly convincing and they file a motion for a new trial, but the 8th District Ohio Court denies it and says no new trial.
