The Importance of Product Led Organization
Paul: Product managers only last a year to a year and a half in an organization. He says if the leadership team doesn't have a good understanding of how to engage with a product manager, then any reason is enough reason to basically move on and find someone else. Paul: It just comes down from the leadership team being able to create the space for the product measure to do their job right.
