Judge tried to change the definition and say it just means to interfere with governments. There wasn't any, even like the New York Times and these other mainstream media articles admit that there was nothing in there. In fact, when one proud boy suggested that they should storm the Capitol, the leader dismissed the idea. So the phishing expedition didn't even come up with anything.
