The Importance of Internal Consistency
The term honesty actually means consistency. And then there's another line that says such are the truly honest at no level. Are they in conflict with themselves? So let's talk about that because how do we unwind all of this conflict that's happening within our own minds? Yeah. I think that what he talks about as consistency versus conflict is probably for us more understandable if we put it as a matter of internal contradictions. Do we have internal contradictions? We are full of those. They are a case of dishonesty, of self-deception,. Because one part of us knows or aspires to what the other part of us violates.
