It's quite common to have someone in your family that's had breast cancer. So, if we started HRT when we were perimenopausal, that would make far more sense. It's very much a case of trying to individualise a woman's risk and actually go through some of the basics with her about whether she would be at any increased risk to start with. We're far more likely in this day and age, to die of dementia, then heart disease, you know, then some lung things.
