I like to think that perhaps i have a little bit of a conquistidor blood in me, which motivates me to not shower every single day. But when i do, i make sure to get some cold water. And then you can stack your cold showering with a getting the glymphatic fluid moving in your system a bit. Nncrease heart rate variability. Mine always goes through the roof when i take social media breaks. Y overall, sleep improves my creativity, my energy levels, my mood. It's really important to use social media and the internet wisely.
