There's some lovely studies showing that within any group of people, say you've got a group of four people, and then two of them the most dominant two will do 62 % of the talking. And the problem becomes increasingly worse as you increase the size of the group. So what can you do to help stop this so called dominant dynamic, so that you can start to harness the cognitive power that's on offer from the whole of the team? Well there's some simple things like brain writing. Anonymous brain writing also flipping hierarchies around. People just sheek like following the leader in terms of what they're thinking.
