Accessibility Is a Political Issue
Accessibility is the process of making sure everyone is able to participate in a community, regardless of whether or not they have a disability. We found out this during the covin pandemic, when everyone had to do everything remotely onzoom because no one wanted the corona vira we made that access need to happen instantly. If things are not accessible, then people are essentially silenced from participating in societial activities. States are passing laws that make it harder for people with disabilities and people of color to vote. So accessibility is the pertinent and relevant issue.
