The Rams Don't Plan on Competing This Season

There's been indicators that the Rams don't plan on being competitive this season. I think McVay is excited, they had a lot of draft choices. The fact that they didn't pick in the first round at all this year, they let it go all the way. So I think the Rams are going to be better than people think.
