The Supreme Court's Decision in the Case of Lori Smith

A Colorado woman named Lori Smith wanted the ability to discriminate against gay couples. She is an evangelical Christian who has a belief in her words that same-sex marriages are false. When she made her websites, she did not want to ever have to make a website for a gay wedding. Her contention was that Colorado Civil Rights Law says that businesses open to the public cannot discriminate on the basis of sexual orientation.
