There will always be conflict. You cannot get away from it, but the difference is how you manage it. The energy, i find, pete, is more important than the words themselves. Andyou can walk into a room and you can feel tension, or you can feel joy. It's not the words, it's the energy. We don't learn that in our educational programmes where we separate the mind from the body. Physical education is to help children express what they're feeling in their bodies so they're aware of what they are all about.
