The Importance of Insurance

I think most people know like you need to have good insurance policies, probably your first line of defense. Typically, if whatever happens is a covered event, the insurance company is going to come in and defend you. My experience with insurance companies is there's no guarantees that they are going to accept your claim. If they have an opportunity to not approve a claim, they more than likely will. So for me, it's like, I always want landlords not to think I have an insurance policy. It's very common sense advice. Take care of your property. Don't ignore things that you know exist.
