Expiration dates are a bunch of b s. The hotter it gets and the colder it gets, especially if it freezes solid in the winter, your stuff's going to go bad. So try to keep your stuff indoor, like under a bed or in a closet, so it doesn't get into a baking tool that gets hot and cold every day.
