The Uncaused First Cause of God

God is generally considered a subject completely outside of physics. But how did the great theologians, let's take two, Moses my monodies and St. Thomas Aquinas define God? They defined God as the uncaused first cause. So right out of physics following the logic of physics imperialism we conclude that God exists. That's physics imperialism.
