Sport science is not my friends that do it, itis poorly designed. Studies have shown of the ones that are pretty reliable,. The ex size induced improvements in both attention and the processing speed which follows executive functions. In some patience with a d h d gets better. 20 minutes of moderate excise on a bike, transiently, enhances motivation for cognitive tasks. It also increases feelings of energy, reduces feelings of confusion, fatigue and depression but with no effect on the behaviorl measures of attention orh vity.
