There's a provision in the wyoming law that basely says something effective like, is your dow managed by members, or managed by an underlying smart contract? E g algarithmic, right? I think we can begin to appreciate what i kind of, o know, analogue world call like multi variat af decision making. But humans are innately programmed for that. We have to dynamically weigh various considerations at different weight levels and also build consensus. And i think that really can only happen through communication and trust.
