Is There a Context Dependency Between Languages?
In my native German, I'm like fluent in day to day. But if I have to speak about that in German, I actually struggle and it's easier for me to describe that in English. And so there's absolutely all sorts of context dependence in how we cover with the vocabulary of a particular language the vast meaning space. So some concepts are not needed or are not as important in some cultures compared to others. Some cultures don't need exact number concepts; they just don't use them. There's also these cool differences about whether a language is even capable of covering kind of the full space of concepts that we know are present in at least some parts of human society.
