Yahoo's Incubation in Netscape
In a way Netscape never stopped thinking of itself as a company that sold shrink wrap software. There was kind of a sudden like kind of an OS moment kind of a thing where they're just like oh my god we have to fix this and so they tried but it was too little too late and poorly executed I think. John Middell has pointed out that you know Yahoo basically incubated in inside Netscape for it.
