How to Use Laymen in the Church Constitution

Mark O'Mara: I think one practice to commend for other pastors that I saw you do here early on is with the church constitution. You found three men who are godly qualified elders, the other one elders, but who were administratively minded. And you said, okay, you three go figure out this constitution. That's one way that pastors I think today can use their laymen in the constitution. A number of just nuts and bolts, practical things in here that I hope are useful.
