Isn't Trust a Massive Factor?

Lack of trust is causing dis harmony now and within the work place. I speak to people that work in organizations that have performed well through the pendemic with people working remotely er. And i think if the changes won't happen, those organizations will either slowly and inexorably fail, or they will go out in a blaze of social media storm.
