Sales Enablement - What Should You Do Right Out of the Gate?
Sales enablement is the early stages of sales. Someone has just been hired as the first full time sales aam resource in a company that, you know, is now grown to the size where they need that. How should that person go about setting priorities and setting their strategy while they're an army of one? I love that question. And so much of it depends on what's actually happening wiin the company. Ri there's not one formula. What i typically look at is: Where is the company going to be in six months to a year a and what's currently broken?
