Is Your FTP Not Moving?

Ned says he tries to use the hangboard like a sky hook, just skin hanging on edge of hold. But it's slightly too long to do that naturally if my other fingers are in a half current position. This is what I've always thought was a good method of training. Find out where your grip is weak, break it apart, then put it back together. It does frustrate me a little bit that people have pushed fingerboards that are easier to make in a playder mold.
