The C-fiber is also throwing off a whole bunch of collateral fibers, isn't it? Yeah. Both at the spinal cord level and as it's going through the brain stem. And so both the A-delta and the C-fibers shoot off all these signals to discrete areas of the brain. Now it's going to start to talk to areas that are involved in your experience of pain.
