Imran: The structure of the market is pretty poor because of the two year fixed rate mortgages that have to be rolled. Anyone I know who's trying to sell a house in the UK is seriously struggling and they happen to bring their prices down. We'll see if they get desperate enough in the next 12 months, when it will actually start hitting bids.
