The Importance of Humility

I think the answer to that is humility. I think they go into the valley of humility where they know what they don't know, but that then inspires the curiosity to find out how they do something better. Ryan Giggs will listen to anybody if he feels it'll help him improve his performance. But he starts from a position of being humble enough to at least explore if it makes him better. And I think a built-in bullshit detector is something we could all do with, don't you? 97% of people are employed by the 3% who didn't give up. The point is not giving up is the key.
