He would mix it up. He was also a person, i mean, there's a crazy story about he was going somewhere to an office building with a friend and they were waiting for the elevator,. And he dropped down on the ground and started doing push ups. I want to emphasize too, that beyond this, he had such a deep understanding of the physical form and the body. Like he was going at it at a very deep level. We've all kind of gotten the memo that meditation is important, but still very separate. It's a separate practice for most people then fitness and working outright.
