The Ukrainian government has ordered an evacuation, but they haven't been a position to provide the means to evacuate. The Mozart group was taking people first to bomb it and then when that became dangerous, we take them to the crematorsk. But for internal, internally displaced people in Ukraine, that there isn't any safety net to help them. They're dependent on relatives. And how it's not a, it's not the government's fault. It's lack of resources. What can they do?
