I've always divided e-stores and bricks and mortar into kind of separate packages. I sort of in my head had she in PLT misguided in one place and then the kind of older high street variant of mango zara unicorn. And then of course you've got the stalwarts M&S and John Lewis. Is this a false pyramid I'm constructing in my mind is bricks and mortar as bad as H&M? Venetia: It's just marketing. The issues are industry wide luxury and not exempt in fashion revolutions.
