The Partnership Against Cybercrime is a public private partnership housed within the World Economic Forum. It's mostly the big banks like Wall Street banks, some intelligence link to tech companies. And then of course, major parts of our government, the UK and Israeli governments are there. The FBI argues in policy papers produced by this public private partnership that there needs to be an elimination of online cybercrime.
