The Life and Times of Major Greg Boington

Greg Boington was born in Sordelaine, Idaho, in 1912. In high school and college, he was not so much of a renegade as we would later come to know. He actually got a bachelor's degree in aeronautical engineering. After graduating from college, he joined the Army ROTC program because he decided kind of his personality was aligned to military things.
