Non-Human Intelligence

I think it helps drive home that humans are one among a pretty broad class of possible intelligent systems. And each of these different kinds of intelligent systems has different properties. I mean, I remember in the 80s reading papers or maybe early 90s papers on the intelligence of bacterial colonies as well as they can do some reinforced learning to figure out where they're going.
