The Raiders have signed Marcus Epps, Brandon face on and Phil Thor set. I don't know how happy Devonta Adams is either, right? The roster is just going in two completely different directions with people from the older team,. Are they getting younger or are they trying to gain veterans? What are the Raiders trying to be?
