How to Play Sims on the Xbox One

I think there's been a lot of attempts at Sims, but it's hard to not infringe. It gets to be too easy if you put cheats in with money. I just remembered a game that I'd play on a few years ago,. However, essentially the entire basis of the game is it's a prison. You have to manage the inmates. There's like different things that happen. Sometimes there's riots, different stuff like that. Maybe you can also, there are jail cells that you can build stuff on in this with. Which makes sense since one of the professions was an officer. But this one is kind of like top down, kind of like how Sims is.
