Data Isn't King, Data Is the Only Important Thing

We need to build a supportive climate, absolutely. Data isn't above your own personal bias. Who interprets that data and how they interpret it is almost as important as the data itself. If you have queer people interpreting the data, sort of about queer people, you're probably going to see something slightly different than if you have eople from outside that group interprting the data. So its satif data is not a neutral object, it's immersed from some scientific process of inquiry.
