Dogs in Restaurants?

Dogs are welcome in any restaurant i go to. I think it's really nicey civilized. And it's more, it's more home from home. At means they're not taking themselves too seriously. You now, the whole health and safety thing is nonsense. Why can you allowd to bring our dog into one restaurant and not another one? It's, it's health and safety. Well, why don't they have it?
