How Do We Find Women in Our Church?

i wholeheartedly agree. I think another thing, another expectation, at least that have come it, come to find it, it's very challenging. There is a humility that exists when i look, when i reach across the table and say, i need you, and vice versa. And e what'll we do? Start by seeking outa women in your church who are leading. Where are they? Have a conversation with them. What’s going on? What are you seeing? What challenges are you facing? What what does your ministry look like?"
