I think it's that collaboration even though of just finding people where your strengths and their weaknesses kind of go together. I'll go to a teacher and I'm like hey I'm looking at this activity but I don't I'm missing something and then they're able to shareHey why have you tried this strategy or this idea. It's because of those relationships in those communities that we're able to provide with teachers We're able to help the students and create that environment for them. Yeah that's really good for the coaching relationship there tooYou know for those listeners who might be an instructional technological coach. That idea of it's a collaboration it's not a me training you or something like that
