With a podcast or with a talk I just kind of I have like a playlist on Spotify that I never use but I know is there and I'll play like half of one Song and then you know, I'm thinking about things reviewing notes, etc But for something like that it seems like yeah when you're taking you're not in your home Yeah, your own clothes out like you're in you just got up a flight your jet lag It's a totally different totally different environments.
