strength is the key. You want to start early. There's no evidence, and again, this is sort of avory fagenbaum, who's done a whole heap of work in tirms of youth e aining. And i guess the majority of people that i deal wih a probly could be categorized as young athlete. But beneficial perhaps everyone. I think what people think when you say, we're going to do strength training is that you're going to get at the seven year old into gim load under a bar with forty-five kelo squats. That's not what we're talking about. It it's rather unbelivable.
