Jim Steinman's It's All Coming Back to Me Now

The song reached number two on the Hot 100 in October 1996. Heartbreakingly for Celine Dion and Jim Steinman, it was blocked by Los Del Rio's Macarena. During the chart run of It's All Coming Back to Me Now, Dion's Falling Into You album doubled its sales from 4 million to 8 million copies. This was Steinman's last major Hot 100 hit, but certainly not the end of his career as a purveyor of grand sentiment.
