I was with my employer for nine years and over that time you know I had a great career. Over the course of that year he very openly dismissed my value and unapologetically dismissed my value. He canceled it ten times and rescheduled it which in my mind is like oh well you clearly can't like manage your calendar so why is this so hard to schedule right or he just wouldn't show up and say he forgot. Yeah yeah well I appreciate you coming on and talking about it because I think it really is important. It's something that for whatever reason is still difficult to talk about and I don't think it should be.
