Can We Build a Decentralized Exchange or Marketplace for Inscriptions?

The technology is not done yet. To be clear, a lot of the stuff I'm talking about is not done. Just requires some of the old elbow grease. Um, because these inscriptions ride on sats and you know, you can do sort of normal Bitcoin transactions that transfer one sat to another. You can do atomic swaps from BTC to an inscription. The way that this will eventually work is, you know,you make an inscription that you want to sell and then you create what's called an offer. And let's start even before decentralized, let's just say an exchange before ideally decentralizing.
