The Importance of Revivalism

The emphasis on revival is actually one of the greatest gifts that the evangelical wing of the church has brought to the rest of the body of Christ. But it's a gift that like any other gift can be easily misused so revivalism at its best is coming in and taking churches that have become complacent, dead or lost their first love. It's worst revivalism becomes let's get back to the way things used to be.
