The interview is not about you, right? It's kind of weird. But we're talking about foreign interview. Even like as an employer, like i do the same thing. When i interview someone, i'll sort of think a little bit about, what can i do for this person? Right? The more that you think about the other person, the more you step away from your ego. And the more natural you're going to feel, the better your interview will go and the better your speech will go.
